The Consiquences of Dying and PvP - Guild Wars Forums

I was wondering what are the Consiquences of dying if any? For instance do you loose items or experience? And if so then how would you gain them back?

Also is there any consiquences to PvPing or GvGing? Can another player loot your items if you die?
